This place should not be open or able to sell sick animals to unsuspecting families. Vinnie then told me to "get an attorney and we will handle it that way" and hung up. After I argued that point by stating if they are using bad breeders other families will suffer the way ours did and I would like to avoid that. The owner Vinnie called and defended the actions of her employee by stating she just worded it wrong and then told me to stop calling because I was not going to get the breeder information from her because there was "no reason" for me to have it. Now we buried my step daughters kitten, which Vinnie's is aware of. She stated I could not prove that I didn't "kick the cat across the room". Today I spoke with a manager named Jodi who accused me of killing the kitten. I waited two days with no call and then called back 4 more times over the next week with still no response from the owner or any information from the breeder. I spoke with a manager who asked me to prove the kitten was dead and stated there was nothing they could do, I asked for the owner who was then supposed to call me. The next day I called Vinnie's Bow Wow to inquire about the breeder they had gotten the kitten from and if there had been any previous health issues with other kitten's, I was told they have never had an issue and they could not give me the breeders information but a manager would call me. There was not enough time to get the kitten to the emergency vet prior to it passing.
On my family purchased and exotic short haired kitten from Vinnie's Bow Wow, after only having the kitten for 3 weeks it had a major seizure and died at home.
